¹æ¹ý: ¿¬±¸ µðÀÚÀÎÀº Single-blind, randomized controlled trial¹æ¹ýÀ¸·Î ¿îµ¿±º 10¸í, ´ëÁ¶±º 10¸íÀ¸·Î ¼³Á¤ÇÑ´Ù. ¿îµ¿±ºÀº 8ÁÖ°£ÀÇ short-foot exercise¸¦ ÁÖ 3ȸÀÌ»ó ½ÃÇàÇϵµ·Ï ÇÏ¸ç ¿îµ¿ Áß¿¡´Â aductor hallucisÀÇ muscle activity¸¦ ¸ð´ÏÅ͸µÇϸ鼭 ½ÃÇàÇÑ´Ù(Fig. 1), ´ëÁ¶±ºÀº ¿îµ¿À» µû·Î ½ÃÇàÇÏÁö ¾Ê´Â´Ù.
